1. You can use the menu in the upper left corner to navgate between the product groups. When you have found an item you wish to purchase you must press "Purchase" to add that item to your shopping basket.
2. The item is now in your shopping basket. I the right column you can at any time see what items are in your basket.
3. From the shopping basket you can remove items you do not wish to buy anyway by pressing the cross ("delete") next to the item you wish to remove from the basket. You can also from the shopping basket see the delivery estimate.
4. When you have found all items you wish to purchase press Checkout in the shopping basket in the upper right corner.
5. You must now provide your customer information.
If this is your first time on www.netstamps.eu you must populate the fields "e-mail address" and "no, but I would like to create an account".
If you already have an account, but forgot your password, you must populate the fields "e-mail address" and "yes, but I have no password..."
If you have an account and your password ready you must populate the fields "e-mail-address" and "yes, my password are...".
When creating a new account you must key in you address information. You will receive an automated e-mail when you have been created as a customer. Now you can choose an access code, log in to our page and track your order.
6. Now you can change the delivery address if you want the order to be delivered to eg. your working place. You can also add comments to the order if you wish to make us aware about special conditions converning the delivery etc.
7. You must now choose a payment method:
- Mastercard/Maestro, JCB, VISA Electron
- When ordering from foreign destinations you may also choose to pay by a Bank Transfer (paid in advance -- we will shop ship the items when the we register the payment).

8. After choosing your payment method click "Continue" and verify all infomation you provided. Use the green "Edit"-links to make any changes or corrections to your order. If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card you will now be directed to the external (secure SLL) payment page. You must read and accept our general conditions of trade before accepting the order.
9. At the payment page (when payment with a Credit Card) you must provide you credit card information. All information are transferred on a secure and encrypted line.
10. You have now completed your order and will receive your order confirmation by e-mail.
11. Upon receipt of the items you must immidiately verify that the item is undamaged and that you have received the correct quantity. Is the item damaged - or has the letter/package been opened - you most contact your local post office immidiately since since damaged items must be reported to Post Denmark 1-2 days within the receipt of the items.
