Definitions:
The parties.
"Buyer" is the physical person, who primary trades not as part of hes profession, and who by ordering from NETSTAMPS makes an offer to purchase and to have delivered certain items.
"NETSTAMPS" is both the physical and juridical person, who by order confirmation accept the Buyers offer and sells the ordered items, and the homepage where items can be viewed and ordered.
Product Information:
At NETSTAMPS the major condition of the items are described. For additional information or questions about existing information a mail can be directed to NETSTAMPS via netstamps@netstamps.eu. All prices are daily prices and only valid as per the day of order. Prices changes may occur. All prices are listed are sold under special VAT rules for used items. There, as a buyer no VAT can be subtracted.
Ordering:
The presentation of items including a price on NETSTAMPS is not a committing offer from NETSTAMPS to the buyer but only an encouragement for the buyer to make an offer to buy the items. Therefore, buyers order of items from NETSTAMPS is not the buyers acceptance of any kind of offer from NETSTAMPS, but rather the buyers offer to NETSTAMPS to buy the items on the conditions listed.
A committing agreement between Buyer and NETSTAMPS does not exist until NETSTAMPS by issuing an order confirmation accepts the Buyers offer to buy. Netstamps.eu reserves its right to cancel an order, due to soldout products, wrong pricing, products not available, risk of credit card fraud or in other cases.
Payment:
Any credit card information you may provide during your purchase are sent directly and encrypted (SLL) to PBS. Only you and PBS can read this information. Nobody else stores or can get access to the information you are providing. When buying using a credit card the amount will not be deducted from your account until the item is actually shipped from NETSTAMPS.
Items damaged during transport:
Not until the ordered items are in the Buyers possession the risk of items being destroyed or rendomly damaged during transport will be transferred to the Buyer.
Disclaimer and warranty:
NETSTAMPS have made it easy for you to get additional information from other websites via links. These websites are beyond NETSTAMPS control. We can by no means be held responsible fot the content of these pages.
Informations about the items ordered from such external pages are not included in the description of the items ordered in the terms of the agreement between Buyer and NETSTAMPS. NETSTAMPS can not be held liable for losses - directly or indirectly - should the items ordered be delivered late, should the items haw any flaws, when the delay or flaw are due to Buyers actions and lack thereof or any occurances not within NETSTAMPS control - including (but not limited to) war, uprising, fire, currency restrictions, job market conflicts of any kind incl. strikes and lockouts, etc.
Cancellation policy:
If the Buyer wishes to cancel the purchase NETSTAMPS must be informed within 14 days from delivery of the items. NETSTAMPS will refund the amount received when items are returned in the same condition as they were received.
Receipt of items will be denied if postage is due or any other balance if left for receiptant to pay. For returns you are encouraged to send the item as recommented mail usíng a provider that supports tracking should the item disappear during the transport. You must send the item safely wrapped - including a copy of the invoice. Please clearly notify that you wishes to use the cancellation policy and as such wash to have the amount paid reimbursed.
You can also cancel the purchase by denying to receive the delivery.
This cancellation policy applies to all items sold as remote sale to private parties - it will not apply to items picked up from our store and neither to items sold to companies/agencies.
Changes:
NETSTAMPS reserves any right to change and update the rules and conditions that applies to this website. Therefore, it is important that you keep yourself informed if any changes have occoured.
